FEE STRUCTURE

The academic year runs from September to June of each calendar year.

Chromebooks

For grades 7-12, students will be required to purchase a Chromebook directly from AGS - this will be a one-time cost of 1995 AED. Students will own the device and may keep the Chromebook when leaving the school.

Payment Schedule (New Students)

Registration Date - Deposit - 20% of the tuition fees (deducted from the total fees).

Aug 1, 2024 - 13% of tuition fees + transportation + textbooks are to be paid.

Dec 1, 2024 - 33% of tuition fees are to be paid.

March 1, 2025 - 34% of tuition fees are to be paid.

Payment Schedule (Returning Students)

Feb 5, 2024 - Deposit - 5% of the tuition fees (deducted from the total fees).

Aug 1, 2024 - 28% of tuition fees + transportation + textbooks are to be paid.

Dec 1, 2024 - 33% of tuition fees are to be paid.

March 1, 2025 - 34% of tuition fees are to be paid.

Withdrawal Policy:
● For re-registered students, if you withdraw after August 10, 2024, 2.5%) of the
re-registration fee will be retained, and 2.5% will be refunded.
● For newly registered students, if you withdraw after August 10, 2024, 5% of the
registration fee will be retained, and 15% will be refunded.
This policy has been put in place to ensure fairness and to manage our enrollment
effectively, enabling us to plan for the academic year ahead. Your understanding and
cooperation in these matters are essential for the smooth operation of the school.
