Computer Technology

Our middle school technology program, aligned with the Nova Scotia curriculum, equips students in grades 7 to 9 with foundational skills in technology and digital literacy. Through hands-on learning, students explore keyboarding, coding, digital design, and multimedia productions focusing on UAE culture and heritage. An emphasis is placed on fostering creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration.

The curriculum integrates emerging technologies and ethical digital citizenship, ensuring students develop critical thinking skills for navigating the modern digital landscape. By the end of the program, students are prepared to apply their knowledge in real-world contexts, supporting their transition to advanced technology courses in high school.
