1. How do I apply to AGS?
To apply, please complete our application form and submit all required documents to admissions@agsgrmmr.sch.ae. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
2. What is the admissions process?
Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed by our admissions team. Selected applicants will be contacted to proceed to the interview stage. Admission is subject to seat availability in the desired grade level.
3. What documents are required for the application?
You will need to submit:
- A completed Application Form.
- Confidential Reference Form (to be completed by the previous school)
- Recent school reports or transcripts.
- A copy of your child’s passport.
- A copy of your child’s Emirates ID
- A passport-sized photo.
- Any additional documents as requested during the process.
4. Is there an application fee?
No, there is no application fee required. However, there is a 100 dirham charge for attending the entrance assessment. Please refer to the admissions team for the most up-to-date fee information.
5. How is seat availability determined?
Admission is based on available seats in each grade level. Approved applications will be placed on a waitlist if no seats are available at the time of application.
6. What happens after my child is accepted?
A fee of 20% of the tuition is required to reserve your child’s seat. This fee will be deducted from the overall tuition amount when registration is finalized.
7. Can I visit the school before applying?
Yes, we encourage families to schedule a school tour. We have tours each Wednesday at 3:30pm. Please call or email to book your appointment.
8. What extracurricular activities are available?
AGS offers a variety of extracurricular activities, including sports, arts, music, and technology clubs. Activities are designed to enrich the student experience and foster personal growth.
